Gunpowder Design Studio LLC Policies

Our work is done at our studio in Northern Maryland, USA, unless otherwise specified. Most materials are sourced within the USA. We take pride in creating a one-of-a-kind item at a customer's request. All items are made to order and have varying shipping times depending on the nature of the work involved. Please contact us if there are any special requests or issues with an order.

Minimum Orders: Orders of acrylic or wood letters have a $10 minimum, not including tax or shipping. 

Payments: We accept payments via Square and Paypal/Venmo. All orders must be paid in advance including tax and shipping.

Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free. We ship items within the United States, its territories, Canada and internationally. Shipping rates are based on the best estimate available at the time. Shipping carriers may vary, but the fastest option for the most reasonable price will be selected. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping cost or time is not feasible. Handling times vary from 1-14 days. 

Local Pickup: We currently operate an online only business with several in-person events per year. Please contact us if you would like to place an order to be picked up at one of our events. 

Canceling Orders: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing us at info@gunpowderdesignstudio.com. We reserve the right to cancel orders if they cannot be fulfilled. In that case, a full refund will be issued. 

Returns & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, please contact us if any problems arise with your order. We pride ourselves on having happy customers, referrals and repeat business!

Privacy: We do not share or sell customer information with any other entity. 

Tariffs: Most of our items are made in USA with American made materials. If an item is imported, we will state this in the description. Imported materials may vary in price with little to no notice.
